3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Provide and manage charter services and quotations
- Communicate with you about your enquiries and bookings

- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- Send relevant updates and offers (with your consent)
4. Data Sharing
We may share your personal data with third-party aircraft operators, ground handling agents, and service providers solely for the purpose of arranging and fulfilling your charter services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Client Document Portal
We operate a private, invitation-only document portal for approved clients reviewing aircraft opportunities. If we invite you, we process:
- Your name, email address and the organisation you represent, to create and manage your personal account. Accounts are for named individuals and must not be shared.
- Access records: the aircraft and documents made available to you, and a log of sign-in-related account events, document views, downloads and denied access attempts, with the date and time.
- Your name, organisation and the date may be stamped on documents you view or download, to deter unauthorised onward sharing.
We use this information to control access to confidential material, keep it secure, meet obligations to the parties who provided the documents, and investigate misuse. Access logs are visible only to authorised SkyBridge Jets administrators. We may suspend or remove portal access at any time, and access records are retained for as long as needed for security and record-keeping, or as required by law.
7. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at enquiries@skybridgejets.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 3 years unless you request earlier deletion.
