What a broker does
A broker searches the market on your behalf, identifies suitable aircraft, checks the operator's certification and insurance position, compares quotations, negotiates the contract and manages the trip end to end. The broker arranges the flight; the operator flies it.

Operator vetting
We confirm the AOC, insurance and operating approvals for the specific aircraft and route before it is offered to you, and consider third-party safety auditing where it is available.
Airport and routing choices
Often the largest single saving in time. A dedicated business-aviation field closer to your destination, with faster handling and no slot queue, frequently beats a shorter flight into a congested hub.
Quotation comparison
We present the options side by side with what is included and what is not — positioning, handling, landing and parking, crew costs, catering, de-icing and taxes — so you are comparing like with like.
Contract and payment
A written charter agreement identifying the operating carrier, the aircraft, the schedule and the cancellation terms, with funds handled through the agreed contractual route.
