Terms of Business

1. Role as Intermediary

SkyBridge Jets Limited ("SkyBridge Jets", "we", "us") acts solely as an agent and intermediary in arranging air charter services. We are not an aircraft operator and do not hold an Air Operator's Certificate (AOC). All flights arranged through SkyBridge Jets are operated by third-party licensed aircraft operators.

2. Operator Responsibility

All flights are operated by independent aircraft operators who hold the relevant Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) and regulatory approvals for the jurisdictions in which they operate. The operating carrier is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft, crew, and all aspects of flight operations. The identity of the operating carrier will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

All quotations provided by SkyBridge Jets are subject to aircraft availability at the time of confirmation. Prices may be subject to additional charges including but not limited to: fuel surcharges, airport fees, handling charges, de-icing, overnight fees, catering, ground transportation, and applicable taxes. Full payment terms will be outlined in the individual charter agreement or booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the operator and the notice period provided. Typical cancellation charges are as follows:

• More than 72 hours before departure: Cancellation fee may apply
• 24–72 hours before departure: Up to 50% of the charter cost
• Less than 24 hours before departure: Up to 100% of the charter cost

Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by operator.

5. Limitation of Liability

As an intermediary, SkyBridge Jets' liability is limited to the brokerage services we provide. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury arising from the operation of the aircraft, the actions of the operating carrier, or any third-party service providers. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the commission or fee received by SkyBridge Jets in connection with the relevant booking.

6. Force Majeure

SkyBridge Jets shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, technical issues with the aircraft, strikes, political instability, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas, and any required health documentation for all legs of their journey. Passengers must comply with the operator's rules regarding conduct, baggage, and prohibited items. SkyBridge Jets accepts no responsibility for passengers being denied boarding or entry to any jurisdiction due to insufficient documentation.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

SkyBridge Jets processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of arranging and managing your charter services. 9. Governing Law

These Terms of Business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
